Official Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

These Official Rules govern the Wheel Giveaway organized by Black Panther Kustoms.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of [list eligible countries/states] who are [minimum age, e.g., 18] years or older at the time of entry. Employees of [Your Company Name], its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at [Start Time and Time Zone] on [Start Date] and ends at [End Time and Time Zone] on [End Date] ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter

1. PURCHASE: Visit www.blackpantherkustoms.com (the website) and make a qualifying purchase to receive one (1) entry for every $1 purchased at the Website. Entrant will need to provide all of the required information as requested in order to submit and complete a purchase. Upon completion of the purchase, Entrant will automatically receive the entry or entries for each purchase of $1 at the Website. If an Entrant requests a refund, the refund and cancellation of entries will be determined based on the amount of the refund and Entrant’s entries will be reduced by the amount of the refund.

2. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”): To receive entries into the Sweepstakes without making a purchase: on a plain 4” x 6” postcard (ENVELOPE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED), legibly handprint (no cursive) in blue ink first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, e-mail address (if available), and send to: ADDRESS OF SHOP Each postcard is considered ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes. NO ENVELOPES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. Each postcard must be submitted separately. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage due or damaged mailed entries

4. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 10 days after the Giveaway ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via phone call within [1 week of the end of giveaway. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, a new winner may be selected.

6. Prizes

Win a setup of your choice of wheels up to 7000$ of value

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, decides to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Rules.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or unauthorized intervention in the administration of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer or device related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway.

10. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to our Privacy Policy . By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to its conflict of law principle.
